We’re expanding

What started back in 1965 as a small family operation has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of—but at the heart of it, nothing has changed. We are, and always will be, a family business. Ownership is here every day, working alongside our team, making sure that everything we do reflects the same standards, values, and traditions we were built on.

Over the years, we’ve come to realize that what we do is about more than just meat—it’s about the connections we’re part of. The meals, the cookouts, the family gatherings, the time spent with friends. Those moments have been special to our family for generations, and we’re truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of that in the lives of others.

It means a lot to us to not just serve our customers, but to know them—to build real relationships—and to play a small role in helping make those moments tasty, healthy, and memorable for families and friends throughout this community.

As we grow, our goal isn’t to become something different—it’s to stay true to who we are. We’re committed to continuing our old-school, traditional way of processing, sticking to the same recipes, the same craftsmanship, and the same attention to quality that got us here in the first place. That’s our legacy, and that’s what we intend to protect and build on.

This new location represents more than just another store. It represents our desire to serve more families, to reach more tables, and to become a part of daily life here in northern Bexar County. We’re excited and ready to serve this community with the same pride and dedication we’ve always had.

Most importantly, we want everything we do to reflect something bigger than ourselves. Our vision has always been to serve God through our work and to serve our community with honesty, humility, and integrity. If we stay true to that, we believe everything else will follow.
