Life is great knowing that real Polish sausage is still made, in Poth...... at Wiatrek's Meat Market. You can buy our sausage smoked or unsmoked, made from a blend of fresh ground pork and beef with our special blend of spices.
Our fresh, country sausage varieties include:
- Polish sausage, a blend of pork and beef which is available fresh or smoked.
- Pan sausage is our Polish sausage, just without the casing.
- Breakfast blend, similar to our pan sausage, just a spicer blend of seasonings.
- Pork only sausage.
- Jalapeno-cheddar cheese sausage.
- Chorizo, the always favorite, Mexican sausage.
- Lelilka, an old Polish recipe, ours is made with grits.
- Beef, 100% pure Texas beef mixed with our special blend of spices.
Specialty meats
Jerky
We would not be a Texas meat market without beef jerky! Everyday, we slice Texas raised beef and season it just right, using our own tried and true spice combination. It is then smoked in our own mesquite wood smoke house. You can choose from regular, smoked beef jerky or for those with a few taste buds to burn, try our spicy beef jerky, with red pepper flakes.
Dry Sausage
Our dry sausage is made from fresh, lean pork and beef, then placed in our smokehouse, for slow cooking and drying with mesquite wood fire and smoke.
Spicy dry sausage
A little added red pepper and ZING, you have a little extra bit of kick! This sausage is made of the same quality products and process as our regular dry sausage.
Salami
Wiatrek's is well known for it's salami, it's already cooked and ready to eat. Try our plain or jalapeno cheese, both are delicious.
Take a look in our freezer case while you are in our store. There you will find a wide variety of frozen meats and convenience sides, such as frozen chicken, fish, potato nuggets and french fries. We carry catfish, pollock, and breaded shrimp. |
