The pork loin provides us with the greatest variety of cuts of meat. Pork chops, pork cutlets, and loin roast, to the ever-so-tender pork tenderloin are all cuts you have available to you another wide variety of ideas for meal time at your home. A variety of roasts are also available including: rib roast, center loin roast, and boneless sirloin roast. As with ribs, there are a huge number of variations on seasoning and preparation. You can let your imagination take over on how to season both pork chops and tenderloin. Make sure your meat thermometer reads 160-170 degrees F for food safety.
