Even though it's described as the leg, the most common cut from this part of the hog is ham.  Also available, on request, are ham steaks and pork steaks. 

Our hams are available bone-in or boneless.  Bone-in hams are generally consider more attractive and boneless are considered easier to serve because of simplified carving.  All of our hams can be cut to the size you require.

Ham lends itself to many meals, not just an attractive main course.  From a breakfast meat, to a sandwich staple, ham can also be used as a flavor enhancing ingredient in pasta and salads.
