Want a great value and a way to fill your freezer? Bring in your own animal for processing. We process beef, pork, sheep, and goats. We own the slaughter house and cost for processing is based upon animal size. You can contact us directly at the processing plant: 830-484-2888. We also have bulk orders available. They can either be vacum sealed or freezer wrapped for storage in your freezer. Call today for prices on ordering a 1/4-side of beef, 1/2-side of beef, or 1/2- side of pork. It will be custom cut to your specificiations. We will maintain your custom cut request form on file for our future reference. The custom cut request will specify the types of steaks or roasts you want cut and the thickness you want. We also maintain the information on the size packaging you request. For example, you can request your ground beef to be packaged in any one-pound packages or five-pound packages, what ever you want to suit your needs.
